January 25, 2013: I received this from a like minded individual in my Creditors in Commerce Group. He, Wayne Barbuto; has a website at: itsnotthelaw.com where he shares his information as well. This is just something that became VERY Important at the Time. So I'm sharing just in case its that Time for you now.

My Signature
Yes, I signed everything, well almost everything, they put in front of me.
But, I signed as an authorized representative of my Straw Man ALL CAP property, as taught in the book: Cracking the Code Third Edition.
That way I wasn't personally responsible for anything my Straw Man agreed to, and I could bill for the feds later for the use of those signatures.
In case you are curious, this signature utilizes the suggestion in the UCC [Uniform Commercial Code] to separate yourself from the Straw Man.
“If the form of the signature unambiguously shows that if it is made on behalf of an identified represented person...the Agent is not liable.” (UCC Section 3-402:2)
There are many variations, but I usually use the following:
BARBUTO, WAYNE©
by, Wayne Frank Barbuto© (preferably in red ink, signifying the flesh and blood man)
Authorized Representative (Auth. Rep. or Agent, if room is limited)
In other words, you are removed from the realm of liability of being construed as a maker, drawer, acceptor, or accommodation party (and therefore as a surety) by unambiguously identifying your signature as that of “Authorized Representative.”
When you, the flesh-and-blood man/woman, sign an instrument (even if you do not know that you are signing a negotiable instrument, such as a traffic ticket) bearing the straw man’s TRADE NAME, you are signing as an accommodation party and bear full personal responsibility and accountability for whatever the straw man has gotten itself into, including the potential for incarceration.
Remember: a surety is an equal of the principle.
“An accommodation party is always a surety.” (UCC 3-419, Note 3, paragraph 2.)
Consider a personal check: Looking at Note 3 of UCC 3-402, which has to do with checks, we find:
“If the check identifies the represented person [sic] the agent who signs does not have to indicate agency status. Virtually all checks used today are in personalized form [sic] which identify the person whose account the check is drawn. In this case nobody is deceived into thinking that the person signing the check is meant to be liable.”
Oh really? Take out one of your personal (not business) checks and look at the signature line under a magnifying glass or microscope.
Following is a blowup of what you will see when you scrutinize the line:
“...UREAUTHORIZEDSIGNATUREAUTHORIZEDSIGNATUREAUTH...”
Clever aren't they? Nobody, except the signer is deceived this way!
Deluxe prints the words “Authorized Signature” in legible type beneath the signature line on business checks, as everyone knows that a company name such as “Hub Cap Heaven” is a fiction, and has to be signed for, or on behalf of.
The words are hidden on personal checks because it is a physical impossibility that the account holder will ever sign the check. The account holder of a personal checking account is an artificial person, an ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME straw man, and this juristic person exists in name only.
If Deluxe exposed the words, “AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE” on personal checks, people would no doubt begin asking questions about why they were expected to sign as an “Authorized Agent of themselves".
Many would discover that the ALL CAPITAL LETTER name does not in fact represent them, the flesh-and-blood man/woman, who has been deceived into thinking it is their account.
Is it quite likely that the bankers informed Deluxe that if they wanted to be the exclusive supplier of printed checks they had better go along with the deception that we are signing these instruments as an accommodation party for the ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME they are doing business with, which is always printed on the check.
Deluxe has no problem selling you checks with pictures of Scooby-Doo or Winnie the Pooh on them. They even offer Floral Fairies for those of other tastes, but don’t ever expect Deluxe to allow your true name to be placed on one of their checks.

Dear Smiley:
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to dig into some of your information. I just read one of your replies to the guy that went into court not knowing who he was (CIC group).
Is it possible to apply for a driver's license but not neccessarily always operate in the capacity of a driver? I guess you would have to have private & state plates?
